Chapter 01
Computer-assisted design before a single cut
Before anything is dug, you sit down with the design team and compile the list of features you actually want in the yard. Craig's Pacific Pools calls this computer-assisted design, and it exists so you can visualise and analyse the entire project before construction starts, rather than finding out what it looks like once the concrete is already down.
Large or small, simple or complex, the design is built to your yard and your budget, not pulled off a catalogue page. You mix and match water features, decking and finishes on screen first, and the crew that eventually builds it works from the same plan you signed off on.

The features that decide the build
The company's own feature list is long: Hayward pool equipment, a raised spillway spa, ColorLogic lighting, a tanning ledge, waterfalls and rock falls, paver decking, salt chlorine generators, equipment automation, heat pumps, solar heating systems, heaters and remote controls. Every one of those is a decision made at the design table, not an upgrade bolted on after the pool is finished.
A raised spillway spa pours back into the pool rather than sitting beside it. A tanning ledge is a shallow shelf built into the shallow end, wide enough to stand a lounger on. Rock falls and waterfalls change what the pool sounds like as much as what it looks like. None of it is required, all of it is available, and the point of sitting down with the design team first is choosing which of it belongs in your yard.
Chapter 03
Owner-supervised, start to finish
Craig's Pacific Pools says the owner personally supervises every aspect of the company's services, and that estimates are free and given in the home, so the plan starts from the real site rather than a phone call. That supervision runs through the whole build, from the first estimate to the last piece of paver decking.
Forty-four years in Cape Coral means most of what gets built here goes into a waterfront lot, a screened cage, or both. The company is a Florida-Certified Pool Contractor, licence CPC044088, and a dealer of Pacific Pools and Hayward, which is where the equipment and the 3-year warranty on it come from.
